Product Introduction:

The 304/316L stainless steel homogenizing horizontal emulsifying pump is a device that efficiently, rapidly and uniformly disperses one or more phases (liquid, solid, gas) into another immiscible continuous phase (usually liquid). Under normal circumstances, each phase is immiscible. When external energy is input, two materials are recombined into a homogeneous phase. The three-stage in-line shear pump generates high tangential speed and strong kinetic energy from high-frequency mechanical effects due to the high-speed rotation of the rotor. This makes the material undergo comprehensive effects such as strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing and turbulence in the narrow gap between the stator and rotor, forming suspensions (solid/liquid), emulsions (liquid/liquid) and foams (gas/liquid). The horizontal in-line three-stage shear pump enables the immiscible solid phase, liquid phase and gas phase to be uniformly and finely dispersed and emulsified instantly under the combined action of corresponding processes and appropriate additives. Through the circulation of the high-frequency shear pump, stable high-quality products are finally obtained.

The ECL3000 series horizontal in-line three-stage shear pump can produce emulsions and suspensions with larger particle sizes but a narrow particle size distribution range. It has a high shear rate, which ensures the stability of the mixed liquid.
Different working heads (stator + rotor) of the horizontal in-line three-stage shear pump are suitable for different process and fluid requirements.

Working Principle:

The single-stage high-shear emulsifying pump adopts a horizontal structure. A set of rotors and stators are installed in the narrow working chamber, which can be designed as a single-stage two-layer or single-stage six-layer structure, with the rotor and stator coupled and highly matched. The intermediate shaft is driven by the motor to rotate at high speed, and the rotor and stator form a vacuum. The material is sucked into the rotor-stator chamber from the inlet. The strong kinetic energy makes the rotor generate a high linear speed, so that the material is ejected after undergoing strong impact, crushing, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction and strong shear between the rotor and stator gaps. Under the action of forces in multiple different directions, strong turbulence is generated, and the material flows out from the outlet. Multiple cycle operations can be performed.
